Look forward to my short 2 weeks break. I have been watching plenty of movies lately:
- Brave (very nice animation)
- Total Recall (awesome action & fantasy movies with a good plot)
- The Bourne Legacy (also a decent action show with non-existent plot)
- SPEC: heaven (funny Jap movie)
- Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World ( average romantic comedy show )
Just buy some new outfits at Iluma with Lut over weekend. We also ate at a horribly overpriced Thai restaurant (Nara something) in Far East Plaza. I think Vietnamese food is the best :) I...
The 24 hour competition is over. I only managed to see one of my students' presentations as the judging is simultaneous and occurs in different rooms.
Potential Winner =))
I am quite busy this week as my students are going for CodeXtreme Competition. Today we attend the Mystery Challenge session which is one of the key requirements for the competition. So, we need to prepare a business plan and define a clear problem statement. I am quietly confident about 2 teams which I believe will have great chances of getting a prize. Also, there are only 52 teams this year. Greater chances! Last year there are 100+ teams.
I have also finalize the details for my sharing session presentation with Reveal.js....
I am going to have a presentation soon. After trying Reveal.js and Impress.js, I decide to give Reveal.js a try. In the process, I also quickly write up a simple remote controller for the slides with Node.js and socket.io :)
Now, I can use my iphone as the presentation remote control by opening up the controller page as above.
